A beach house or deck or combination thereof not to exceed two hundred twenty-five (225) square feet in area (covered or uncovered) nor a height of more than twelve (12) feet measured from the finished grade or the base flood elevation, whichever is greater. Cabanas shall not be equipped with kitchen facilities or accommodations for overnight lodging. However, a toilet, shower, and/or sink may be permitted.
