Appendix 427. Corner lot.

  • A lot adjacent to the intersection of two (2) or more streets or a lot abutting a curved street shall be considered a corner lot if straight lines drawn from the foremost point of the side lot lines to the foremost point of the lot (or an extension of the lot where it has been rounded by a street or road radius) intersect at an angle of less than one hundred thirty-five degrees (135º). In the case of a corner lot with curved street frontage, the corner is that point on the street lot line nearest to the point of intersection of the tangents described above. A tangent is a straight line extended from the outer edges of a curve which intersect to form a corner. See section 513.
