  • An area of a minimum contiguous size, as specified by this ordinance, to be planned and developed as a single entity containing one (1) or more residential clusters or planned unit residential developments, and one (1) or more public, quasi-public, commercial or industrial areas.

    454.1 Planned Development District (PDD): A development project comprised of housing of different types and densities and of compatible commercial uses, or shopping centers, office parks, and mixed-use developments. A planned development district is established by rezoning prior to development and is characterized by a unified site design for a mixed use development.
