Appendix 503. ATM machines.

ATM machines shall be permitted on individual lots without a principal structure within the following districts: FA, CFA, RC, AC, OPI, NC, CC, HC, CR, RCS, TRS, and EIO; provided that:

1.

Such use conforms to all requirements set forth for that district (i.e. lot area and setbacks).

2.

No more than one (1) ATM machine is located on a given lot.

3.

The ATM machine is placed on a permanent foundation and located within a permanent structure improved to resemble a site-built facility. Such facility shall be landscaped in accordance with the standards established within this ordinance.

4.

No less than two (2) parking spaces are provided for ATM machine servicing or walk-up customers.

5.

No less than five (5) queuing (stacking) spaces are provided for ATM drive-up service. All queuing spaces shall be located on the site of the ATM machine and not in the public right-of-way.

6.

Lighting is installed to prevent safety hazards for customers utilizing such facilities at night. Such lighting shall be placed along the entrance and exit drive for the facility and directed to not spill over onto adjacent property or right-of-way.
