Appendix 1305. Expiration of building permit.

Latest version.

If the work described in any building permit has not begun six (6) months from the date of issuance thereof, said permit shall expire; it shall be cancelled by the director of building inspection upon notification by the Zoning Administrator. Permit extensions, as authorized by the Southern Standard Building Code, may be issued after consultation between the director of building inspection and the Zoning Administrator.
