Appendix 1705. Historic property inventory.

The BAR shall maintain a local inventory of historic properties more than fifty (50) years old. Based on the local inventory and criteria, individual properties proposed for the Horry County Historic Property Register shall be reviewed by the BAR and a recommendation forwarded to the Horry County Council. These records shall be held in the Horry County Planning Department and made available to the public. The process of review shall include property owner notification and a public hearing.
