§ 12.5-20. License fee.

The annual fee for a pawnbroker's license shall be two hundred seventy-five dollars ($275.00) or as otherwise set forth by county council and in effect the date of the application, and a tender of the fees therein provided for shall accompany the application, and shall be a condition precedent to the consideration of the application.
