§ 12.5-30. No one under twenty-one to be issued a pawnbroker license.

No pawnbroker's license shall be issued to any person who is not twenty-one (21) years of age or over, and no pawnbroker shall employ a person of less than twenty-one (21) years of age to assist him in his business.
