The county administrator, or the designated license inspector of the county, shall
administer the provisions of this article, collect license fees, issue licenses, make
or initiate investigations and audits to ensure compliance, initiate denial or revocation
procedures, report violations to the police department and assist in prosecution of
violators, produce forms, make reasonable regulations relating to the administration
of this article, and perform such other duties as may be duly assigned.
