§ 12.5-96. Fireworks sales.

Any establishment desiring to sell consumer fireworks, as defined in S.C. Code § 40-56-20(3) must possess the annual State Board of Pyrotechnic Safety License and must meet all regulations pursuant to the provisions of Article 7 of Chapter 71 of the South Carolina Code of Regulations and Chapter 56 of Title 40 of the South Carolina Code of Laws.
