Adult entertainment establishments and adult entertainment establishment employees
shall permit the chief of police and his or her agents to inspect, from time to time
on an occasional basis, the portions of the adult entertainment establishment premises
where patrons are permitted, for the purpose of ensuring compliance with the specific
regulations of this article, during those times when the adult entertainment establishment
is occupied by patrons or is open to the public. This section shall be narrowly construed
by the county to authorize reasonable inspections of the premises pursuant to this
article, but not to authorize a harassing or excessive pattern of inspections. Each
adult entertainment establishment shall maintain on its premises a paper copy of an
up-to-date list of its employees, alphabetized by last name, which list shall also
set forth any alias(es) or stage name(s) used by each employee. An adult entertainment
establishment operator shall provide a copy of this list to the chief of police or
his or her agent when requested to do so during those times that the adult entertainment
establishment is occupied by patrons or is open to the public.
