§ 12.5-148. Suspension.

(a)

The chief of police shall issue a written notice of intent to suspend an adult entertainment establishment license for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days if the adult entertainment establishment licensee has knowingly or recklessly violated this article or has knowingly or recklessly allowed an employee or any other person to violate this article.

(b)

The chief of police shall issue a written notice of intent to suspend an adult entertainment establishment employee license for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days if the employee licensee has knowingly or recklessly violated this article.
