§ 15-16. Area encompassed.

The following described property shall hereafter be known as the Horry County Industrial Park:
All that piece, parcel or tract of land situate, lying and being on both sides of U.S. Highway No. 701 in Conway township, in the County of Horry, State of South Carolina, as shown on a plat entitled "Map of 289.54 Acres of Land in Conway Township, Horry County, S.C., surveyed at the Request of Chas. T. Main, Inc., Engineers," made by S.D. Cox, Jr. R.L.S., July 10, 1953, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk for Court of Horry County in Plat Book 12, at page 121, reference to which is made as forming a part and parcel hereof.
