§ 15-20. Individual site restrictions.

(a)

The individual sites shall be of such size and dimensions and shall contain such conditions, limitations and restrictions that shall be deemed appropriate by the council.

(b)

No site in the industrial park shall be put to use which would be incompatible with the community in which the industrial park is located and the uses of the surrounding land.

(c)

If any restrictive covenant placed on an industrial site is in conflict with this article, the restrictive covenants shall be controlling.
