§ 17-1. Fees.

The following schedule of fees shall be charged by the sheriff's office:
(1)

Service of summons, complaints, notices, injunctions, and other civil papers, three dollars ($3.00) per each item per defendant (plus three dollars ($3.00) for mileage);

(2)

Service of subpoena, three dollars ($3.00).
