§ 2-18. Reapportionment act adopted.

Act No. 248 of the Statutes at Large of 1981 of the State of South Carolina, a copy of which is attached hereto, is hereby adopted, ratified or otherwise endorsed as being the official plan of the county council with regards to reapportionment of election districts from which members of the council are elected.
