It is anticipated that future waste disposal needs will require the use of spray irrigation on large tracts of open land. Golf courses may be ideally suited for such disposal. Therefore, to meet this critical need, wherever soil conditions allow, golf courses will be designed and constructed to accept treated wastewater effluent by spray irrigation. Plans will be approved by the appropriate wastewater service authority.
