§ 10.5-19. Designated facilities.

(a)

Designation . The county hereby designates the disposal facilities operated by the SWA and/or publicly owned facilities designated by the SWA as designated facilities. The dumping or depositing by any person at any place other than at the designated facilities of any solid waste generated within the county is prohibited. The dumping or depositing by any person at any place other than at an appropriately licensed and DHEC permitted disposal facility of any construction and demolition debris/waste generated within the county is prohibited.

(b)

[ Conformance. ] The operation of the designated facilities shall conform to all pertinent regulations or directives of all local, county, state or federal agencies which may have jurisdiction.
