§ 12.5-23. Actions on bond.

  • If any person, firm or corporation shall be aggrieved by the misconduct of any licensed pawnbroker and shall recover judgment against him, her or it, therefor, that person may, after the return unsatisfied, either in whole or in part, of any execution issued upon the judgment, maintain an action in his, her or its own name upon the bond of the pawnbroker in any court having jurisdiction of the amount claimed if the court shall, upon application made for the purpose, grant leave to prosecute the suit.
