Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this article shall be subject
to a fine or penalty as provided for in section 1-8(a), Horry County Code of Ordinances, as follows: one hundred dollars ($100.00) for
first offenses, two hundred dollars ($200.00) for second offenses, and three hundred
dollars ($300.00) for third and subsequent offenses, in addition to being subject
to possible suspension or revocation of the license required hereunder and/or their
business license.
