§ 2-4. Recording of documents.

(a)

Each document of transfer recorded at the office of the register of deeds shall conform to requirements set forth by the office of the register of deeds from time to time as to the size and format of a recording information sheet to accompany such documents of transfer.

(b)

The requirements of the director of the office of the register of deeds shall be set forth in writing and shall not come into effect until six (6) months after the conclusion of public input on such proposed requirements.

(c)

The director shall seek and receive public input for a minimum period of thirty (30) days before promulgating a final version of the requirements referenced in subsection (b) above.
