Appendix 728. Agricultural Community Services District (AG3).
Intent. The Agricultural Community Services (AG3) District is intended to provide opportunities to locate and develop businesses that meet the needs of the rural community. Commercial establishments are necessary to supply everyday items, services, and function as meeting places for the community. Uses in this district are focused toward meeting those needs.

(as defined in the Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC)(A) Accessory uses that are subordinate and incidental to any permitted use below and on-site signage in accordance to the provisions of Article 10 (B) Banks and financial offices (C) Barber and beauty shops (D) Churches, synagogues, temples, and other places of worship subject to the provisions of Article 12 (E) Convenience, grocery, and general/variety stores with or without gas pumps (F) Feed or grain stores, including the silos, bins, etc. necessary for the storage thereof (G) General and specialized doctor's offices and clinics such as dentists, chiropractors, optometrists, podiatrists; except drug and alcohol treatment centers Business types defined in SIC 8011, 8021, 8031, 8041, 8042, 8043, and 8049 (except uses that dispense prescription drugs on-site) (H) Group homes (I) Hardware and home/garden supplies stores (J) Laundromats (K) Produce markets (farmer's markets) (L) Produce stands or shelters (M) Restaurants and cafes (N) Strip commercial centers permitting any use allowed in this district provided no more than three (3) tenants/businesses are located within the center (O) Veterinary offices and animal hospitals, with or without boarding facilities; kennels, and dog training centers (P) Trade shops (No outdoor storage) (Q) Mini-warehouse/storage facilities (No outdoor storage) (R) Social and cultural-religious uses: 1. Private or semi-private clubs, lodges, ranges, union halls or social centers; 2. Eleemosynary, religious, semi-public or philanthropic institutions or camps, spiritual centers or retreats; 3. Recreational parks; 4. Cemeteries subject to the provisions of Article 12.
