Appendix 1205. Parking lots/garages.

    Parking lots/garages may be located within the RH Zoning District provided that:

    1.

    The parking facility is within four hundred (400) feet of the structure for which the spaces are required.

    2.

    Title to the parking facility must run with and/or be appurtenant to the title of the principal resort housing structure.

    3.

    All maneuvering room for the parking lot or garage shall be on-site. Parking spaces shall not encroachment onto or across rights-of-way, sidewalks, or property lines.

    4.

    Public streets, alleys, walkways, or public easements shall not be used for or included in the requirements for parking, nor shall they be altered, blocked, or obstructed in any way from their normal or intended use.
